- How much does the BrainPro Service cost?
Parents are provided with two options to purchase the BrainPro Service. Both include a minimum commitment of four consecutive months. The price for the four-month subscription may be paid as follows:
- $1500, paid at the time of initial subscription; or
- $2000, paid in $500 installments charged at the beginning of each subscription month.
This four-month subscription includes both the BrainPro Consultant services and online access to the Fast ForWord products to which one child is assigned.
After the initial four months, the child’s subscription will be automatically renewed, and your credit card will be charged, $500 per month.
Parents may choose to renew a four month commitment at an upfront renewal fee of $1500 in lieu of the monthly fee. If after the initial four month subscription, you wish to stop your child’s participation in BrainPro, then you must cancel your subscription via your account page no later than 5 days before the end of a subscription month.
You can cancel your subscription at any time after the minimum four-month commitment. You can re-activate your subscription on a month-to-month basis, or begin a new four-month commitment period, by calling your BrainPro sales representative at 888-750-0116.
- Can my child take a break in service on BrainPro?

- What is your service outage policy?
If your participant is completely unable to use the exercises in your subscription for a period of 72 consecutive hours and the outage is caused by the BrainPro website or systems (and not by your equipment or connectivity or any general Internet or telecommunications issues), we will add one week on to the term of your current subscription. See the terms of service for additional requirements.
- What is your system maintenance window?
Every Thursday from 9pm to 1 am Pacific Time.
Refunds and Cancellation
- What if I change my mind?
Please see our Refund and Cancellation Policy for a description of rights you may have to obtain a refund. Refunds are only available under the terms of that Policy.
Technical Help
- What kinds of headphones can be used?
Use high quality stereo headphones that are designed for use with digital signals and completely cover the ear. Some headphone sets with two earpieces are not stereo, so be sure the sound comes out of both sides. We strongly recommend headphones with a padded headband and ear cups.
- What should I do if I am having trouble logging in?
If you have forgotten your account password, enter your email address on our Forgot Password page and a new password will be emailed to you. After logging in with the new password, be sure to change your password on your My Account page.
If your child is having trouble logging in, you can access your child’s username and password information from your My Account page where you can change the password. If you do not have access to the My Account page for the child, and you need the child’s password reset, enter the child’s username on our Forgot Password page and a new password will be emailed to the email address(s) entered when assigning the child to the product.- I still have questions or need technical assistance.
